R. Michael Tuttle, MD is a Professor of Medicine at Weill Medical College of Cornell University and serves as Chief of the Endocrinology Service at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. His clinical practice is devoted entirely to the evaluation and management of patients with thyroid cancer, with a particular emphasis on cases involving aggressive disease and complex management challenges. R. Michael Tuttle, MD earned his medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine and completed his residency at Dwight David Eisenhower Army Medical Center, followed by a fellowship at Madigan Army Medical Center. He is board-certified in Endocrinology and Metabolism. R. Michael Tuttle, MD's research is centered on the management of thyroid cancer, with particular focus on individualized risk stratification and the rational tailoring of therapy to patient-specific outcomes. He designed and validated the first real-time risk assessment model for thyroid cancer management, in which individual risk estimates are updated over time based on response to initial therapy. His ongoing investigations address the risk of recurrence and disease-specific mortality in individual patients, the appropriate role of active surveillance in low-risk papillary thyroid cancer, and the application of minimalistic management strategies to reduce overtreatment. His earlier clinical studies also helped define the role of recombinant human TSH as an adjuvant for radioactive iodine therapy in both low- and high-risk patients, including those with radioactive iodine-avid distant metastases. In addition to his clinical and research contributions, R. Michael Tuttle, MD is a prolific academic author with more than 460 research works and over 54,000 citations to his credit. He has been repeatedly recognized by Castle Connolly as one of America's Top Doctors, with distinctions spanning more than a decade, and is consistently listed among New York Metro Area's Top Doctors.

Daniel A. Dumesic, MD is a Professor and Division Chief of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of California, Los Angeles. He serves as a member of the Practice Committee of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and a member of the Endocrine Society. Daniel A. Dumesic, MD earned his medical degree from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health and completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Minnesota. Dumesic, MD's research focuses on the mechanistic and clinical dimensions of female reproductive disorders, with particular emphasis on polycystic ovary syndrome and its metabolic consequences. His investigations have examined the role of androgen excess in adipogenic dysfunction in PCOS, the paracrine regulation of oocyte competence, and the interplay between body fat distribution, cortisol, and testosterone in affected women. He has served as Principal Investigator on multiple NIH-funded and university-awarded projects and has published over 200 papers in the field of reproductive endocrinology. His work spans both human clinical studies and translational research, and he has been an active contributor to NIH research study sections and committees throughout his career. In addition to his research, Daniel A. Dumesic, MD is widely recognized for his contributions to the field. He has received the Mayo Award for Excellence in Leadership and is a nine-time recipient of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine's Star Award, given for more than ten years of sustained contributions to research.
